At Eastry Dance Club, we offer a welcoming, fun, friendly, and supportive environment where every dancer truly matters. As a small, BTDA-registered dance club, you’re never just a number—you become an important part of our dance family and play a vital role in helping our club thrive.
Our members quickly get to know one another, creating lasting friendships while enjoying the social side of dance just as much as the dancing itself. We believe that a happy, encouraging environment helps everyone reach their full potential.
As a former professional dancer, I understand that intense training and constant pressure aren’t for everyone—I know because I’ve been there and done that. After stepping away from the dance world for several years to pursue a career in nursing, I discovered that the skills and values from both professions complemented each other perfectly. Caring, encouraging, teaching, and helping people grow are at the heart of everything .
Following many years of training and performing, I went on to qualify as a dance teacher. After all, not every great dancer becomes a great teacher. Teaching is about understanding each individual, building confidence, and inspiring a lifelong love of dance.
Every achievement, no matter how small, is celebrated.
At Eastry Dance Club, we’re not here to compete with anyone—we’re here to share our passion for dance. The reality is that fewer than 1% of dancers go on to become professional dancers so our focus is on helping every member enjoy dancing, develop confidence, make lifelong friends, and achieve their own personal goals in a relaxed, positive, and supportive atmosphere.
