EDIT: Thanks for the messages everyone. Just to clarify it’s only my 2 evening Zumba classes I won’t be continuing. All my other 25 plus classes a week carry on as normal!
My last Evening of teaching Zumba Classes tonight.
Letting go is so hard when you love it so.. much ❤️ but your body is telling you to slow down 😩
