Established in Sandbach in 2004, we are a dance school with fully equipped studios, offering a full range of dance classes - ballet, tap, modern-jazz, freestyle disco, contemporary, hip hop, acro and musical theatre - from age 2.5years to adult.

One of our junior AG dancers, Meredith, is performing in the Wizard of Oz tonight and tomorrow with Crewe Lyceum Summer Youth Project at Crewe Lyceum Theatre!

Meredith has been cast in a few different roles: a Munchkin, a poppy and a ghost 🤩

Well done Meredith, hope you’re enjoying the experience and break a leg!

Wishing 3 of our senior students huge congratulations on their recent 'A' level results.

Charlotte, Isabelle and Alice have been attending classes at AG Dance from a very young age and we've watched them grow from shy young girls in their first dance class, into lovely young ladies who are now going to be heading off to various universities to continue their academic studies:

Charlotte - to the University of Liverpool to study Veterinary Science
Isabelle - to the University of Liverpool to study Law and French
Alice - to the University of Warwick to study Politics and International Studies

Well done girls, you've all done amazing and proud of you. We will miss you at the Studio as you head off to your respective universities but keep in touch.

** STUDIO RE-OPENS TOMORROW **

We hope that everyone continues to enjoy the school holidays and has enjoyed the 2-week break from dance.........but is now raring to be back in class when we re-open tomorrow 😀

We can't wait to see everyone back when we'll be continuing with our show prep for “Spellbound” in October - 11 weeks to go!

Although the Studio has been closed, show admin has continued along with ordering of costumes. Over the next couple of weeks we'll provide all dancers with their costume list, together with the photo timetable for 26th & 27th September.

Sunday rehearsals will re-commence for the opening number on 23rd August - choreo is now complete and we can't wait to finish off this routine. We'll also be starting to teach our finale number and other classes will start to be invited to Sunday rehearsal sessions too over the coming weeks🤩

🥳 CONGRATULATIONS TO CHARLOTTE 🥳

Huge congratulations to Charlotte, one of our senior dancers, who has recently finished her Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s award following the completion of an expedition, which was the last thing she had to do.

Charlotte: "Dance has played a large role in my DofE journey as I used it for my physical section in Bronze and Gold. For Gold I was aiming to complete my Grade 5 ballet exam, which I did last year. It is thanks to Miss Alison that I not only completed the grade but also ticked off one of five sections for this award. Early on in July this year, I completed a four day expedition in the Lake District with a team I had never met before, so I had the added challenge of getting to know my teammates as well as the hiking and navigation.

We unfortunately did have to battle the heat however, I feel the dance studio may have helped with preparation for doing physical activity in high temperatures 😀. I just want to say a massive thank you to Miss Alison for signing off the physical section and supporting me with the rest of my DofE journey".

Well done Charlotte that's a huge achievement which you’ve worked extremely hard for and you should be very proud 🤩
