High Seas Trapeze Classes
Child sessions: Wednesdays 7
15 till 8.15 or 8 till pm. Adult session: Wednesdays 8.45 till 9.45pm

This is a beginners and improvers Trapeze and aerial club for children (8 - 18 years) and Adults. No previous experience is necessary - just an adventurous spirit and willingness to try out something new. The tutor, Cathie Sprague is an experienced aerial performer and teacher. Cathie has performed trapeze solo and doubles acts in Snapdragon circus, Skinning the Cat aerial theatre, Chimaera trapez

e and fire theatre, High Voltage and various solo shows in the Teesside area. She has taught trapeze for over 30 years, securing a major residency in the North west and training many international aerialists.

Saltburn Woods Donkey Field!!

I am so excited to be able to run trapeze sessions in Saltburn Woods this August!

Anyone is welcomed and encouraged to try trapeze by exploring physical space, movement, enclosing in a hammock, and so much more of this amazing art form outside listening to the calls of the birds and feeling the sun and wind on your skin!

Anyone can try the calming, swaying and peaceful hammock in a beautiful, natural setting!!

I am a qualified trapeze teacher and I would love to invite anyone to come down and have a try!!

These events are donation only, all donations are welcome but there is no expectations, I would rather you come and try!

Looking forward to seeing you in the summer!!
