The board and the rest of the Saltaire Festival team are working hard behind the scenes to return for 2023 with a Fantastic Festival. This may result in some schedule or event changes at short notice to meet any prevailing guidance. However, we think and I hope that you agree this year is the best yet. We have packed in some great events and attractions and we hope you enjoy it. For all other Festival information visit: https://linktr.ee/Saltairefest

Everyone is actually allowed to make a racket at this one 😉

Meet the Orchestra Of Objects where recycled bits and bobs become wonderfully weird musical instruments you can actually play.

We’re talking Pump-a-Phones, Grass-Xylo-Hoppers, Twisty-Bata-Drums and a whole garden full of things that plink, clank, toot, whistle and parp…

No lessons. No musical talent required. And absolutely no wrong notes.

Just turn up, get stuck in and make some noise together

Kids will love it.

Grown-ups pretending they’re ‘just helping the kids’ probably will too 👀🥁

🎹 Well… we had to bring it back.

After such a great response to the first Piano Village Saltaire last year, it’s back for year two with even more happening across Saltaire.

It all starts on Friday 11 Sept at 7.30 pm with an opening concert from pianist and composer Simeon Walker.

Then Sat & Sun 12-13 Sept, you’ll find pianos and live performances popping up in venues and spaces around Saltaire.

Take a look at the programme, meet some of the artists and follow the links for the details to find your way around.
