Hoodwink has been creating original and inventive work for twenty years; indoors, outdoors, touring at home and abroad, in response to specific sites and both with and without participation from communities across the age ranges. A delightful and magical body of work driven by the desire to create high quality, thought provoking and innovative work accessible to all.

A magical celebration of winter taking audience on journey through the cathedral after dark following wintry memories with, ballet, ballroom, bicycles, singing,paper chain making, a snowflake installation...

2015 Salisbury Cathedral - ‘To No One’. An immersive theatrical experience and consideration of social justice in the historic Oak Court, Salisbury Guildhall as part of 800 Years of Magna Carta.

2014 Creative Libraries Wiltshire. - ‘A Library Odyssey’
A touring promenade show inspired by, about and performed in libraries across the county.

2014/15 Hampshire Cultural Trust Basing House and Bursledon Windmill – ‘Apple Arbour’. An interactive playful encounter for families with gardeners, apples, billets doux, and song outdoors in the gardens of these heritage sights. We have deepened our enthusiasm and our expertise for working with non-arts partners because we reach more people, because it makes us think harder about what we make, because it makes us more financially resilient to attract non-arts money. For the future we are planning to develop and extend this work both out of the region developing our national profile whilst at the same consolidating and developing the local and regional impact.

'Spring Prom 2023' at The Peter Gillam Support Centre Salisbury Hospice Charity was a joy. Participants made bunting, selected the music, read poems, played Beethoven on the wobbly keyboard, toasted spring. Joy!
