It’s ready! Our new rehearsal room is now fully operational and ready to take its bookings. Please use the new space and let us know what you think! We will be sending out new instructions to all our current users in the next couple of days. Toilets, a lovely kitchen, a new central heating system 🥶, all the fun and games that were there before and a lovely new sound system (that’s more compact) mounted to the walls. The old fridge space will be out of action for a few weeks whilst we make some changes/upgrades and soon will have 2x wonderful spaces for you to use! Stay tuned to see the next build come to life.

Version 2 of The Fridge (The Freezer) is starting to take shape. This will become our main practice and creative space in just a weeks time. All bookings will start to move to the new studio space… never fear! All the features of our beloved fridge will be in the new room. The original fridge will then undergo some maintenance/modification. Soon we will have 2 spaces! Stay tuned for our video on the build + how we sound proofed it for all you sciencey nerds!

students for a two day sound and lighting training event. This gives young students a taste of what goes into live music production, and gives them hands on practical experience. A really great two days!!

Fridge Update. New addition to our wide variety of services! We now are now going to display various items for sale every now and then. Have a play, have a go!

We’re always interested in what people like to use our space for, and this weekend we have a regular user going for a photoshoot! We offered a package to include some coloured lights with both white and warm white fresnel lights to give the best image possible. All with a basic DMX controller. Back in January we had the pleasure of recording and mastering a demo CD for Damien and his Band. The band had 6 hours with our team and we hope they enjoy their final product.

It’s been amazing having .uk in the Fridge Studios so often and watching them take full advantage of everything we have to offer!

Love seeing the space kitted out with all the guitars and amplifiers they have and creating an incredible atmosphere!
