This coming Saturday Arty RTB is stepping back from the decks, and returning to the stage with his wonderful band Things Behind The Sun, for the first time in 12 years!!!! 💖💖

The boys will be returning for one night only at Salisbury Arts Centre alongside Grovesnor alumni City Stereo, Tides and Mossy Depths, and also pillars of the Salisbury scene Charmtype and Love Is Enough to celebrate the spectacular 30 year legacy of Bass Connection.

Incredibly excited to also see the younger generation of local talent on the lineup, with sets from the amazing Rosie Jay and 5 Nights at Adyans!

The event is fundraising for The Rose Gale Trust, a wonderful organisation that supports and empowers young people within our local community 🌹

The band have been working so hard at rehearsals behind the scenes for the past few months, and put together a really special set to share with you all - It would mean so much to see your faces there 💋

We had a glorious time at yesterday for the last day of Grass Roots Grazin’ 🌞 an immense lineup of musical talent from the local area and further afield, on the most beautiful festival site with wonderful company ❤️

We are so excited to be returning to DJ at Flocksteady Bleats at the end of August! Come down to The Music Baa for a weekend full of dub, reggae, ska and dancehall goodness in the sunshine 🍺

Yesterday marked 5 weeks on the countdown til our set at !

We are over the moon to be playing in such a beautiful and prestigious venue, with a lineup of such immense creative talent ❤️ RTB will be opening the Joyful Noise Art Late from 7pm with our favourite soulful, uplifting grooves from across the globe 🪩

“New this year, Art Late invites visitors to explore the Joyful Noise exhibition in a relaxed atmosphere with art, music and performance. Guests can enjoy exclusive spotlight tours led by the Cathedral’s Visual Arts Curator and experience eclectic DJ sets throughout the evening.

The programme opens with Rock the Boat, bringing a celebration of joyful sound, from rare grooves, jazz and soul to global dance music. This is followed by a special sound and spoken-word performance from Tim Etchells and Jack Sheen. The night concludes with Kem Kem (Olukemi Lijadu), who will present a live DJ set responding to the themes of the exhibition, tracing a sonic journey across the Black Atlantic – from the drum traditions of Central and West Africa to jazz and Caribbean folk reimagined. The set takes durability as its subject: what sound, rhythm and memory carry through displacement, and what the immaterial refuses to lose.

Alongside performances and tours, there will be opportunities for hands-on creative activity: visitors may create their own version of Yuri Suzuki’s UTOOTO, try screen printing, or simply sit and sketch the Cathedral’s magnificent architecture as the sun sets.“
