There's nothing better than hearing we've become an extension of our client's team! 🙌

Earlier this year, we had the pleasure of supporting as Event Production Partner across two major conferences, beginning with the UK & Ireland Store Managers Conference and Awards in Liverpool before heading to Berlin for their Region 2 Leadership Conference.

From the first planning meetings through to the final de-rig, our focus is always the same: to be a reliable, solution-focused partner who makes the production side feel effortless.

Receiving feedback like this makes all the hard work worthwhile, and we're incredibly grateful to the TJX team for trusting us to deliver such an important series of events.

As Event Production Partner, our team delivered full technical production throughout the day, supporting the conference sessions before carrying out a full room turnaround ahead of the evening dinner and entertainment.

🎧 We’re Hiring: Senior Audio Technician (Corporate Live Events)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Audio Technician to join our growing technical production team in Manchester.

This is a hands-on senior role for someone with strong corporate event experience and the confidence to lead audio delivery on conferences, awards ceremonies, product launches and hybrid events across the UK and internationally.

You’ll have solid experience with systems, digital consoles and wireless audio, along with the ability to work calmly under pressure and confidently support clients, presenters and freelance crew on-site.

Liverpool ➡️ Berlin 🇩🇪 with

We’ve had an incredible few weeks working with TJX Europe across their Leadership Conferences, starting in Liverpool for the UK & Ireland Store Managers Conference and Awards, before heading out to Berlin for their Region 2 event.

As Event Production Partner, we delivered full technical production across both locations, from build through to show, bringing together audio, lighting, video and rigging to create a consistent, high-quality experience across each conference.

Berlin saw us on site at the Titanic Chaussee, building the space from the ground up. Audio was powered by Y-Series and CCL, paired with and systems for clear, reliable delivery across the room.

Lighting was controlled via , with a mix of and fixtures shaping the space throughout the event, while visuals were delivered via an LED wall driven by a Pixelhue Q8 processor.

Rigging was handled using and EXE Rise systems, ensuring a safe, efficient build from start to finish.
A solid few weeks, a great team effort and a really nice one to be part of 🙌

We’re The Aventive Group a Manchester-based event production and AV team, bringing live events to life across the UK & beyond.

We work on everything from corporate conferences and awards ceremonies to brand-led events and completely bespoke builds, partnering with brands, agencies and event teams from the first idea through to show day.

One thing that’s important to us? Keeping everything in-house.
Our audio, lighting, video and staging kit is all owned, maintained and prepped by our team, so when it hits site, it’s ready to go. It also means we stay fully in control of your AV from start to finish.

We work across some of the North West’s leading venues, with clients who trust us to deliver events that not only look great, but run exactly as they should.

Celebrating 25 years of The Lowry Hotel, Manchester 🥳

It was an honour to support this milestone event as event production partner, working alongside the Lowry team to deliver a celebration worthy of such an iconic venue!

As a long-standing venue partner, it’s always a pleasure to work in a space we know so well and to celebrate everything it represents.

This evening was all about the people who have shaped The Lowry over the past 25 years, and it was a privilege for our team to play a part behind the scenes.

A brilliant night, a fantastic collaboration and a huge congratulations to everyone involved!
