Decoded Minds is a FREE six-week neuro-coaching programme for men aged 18+.

It’s a space to:
• Better understand how your mind works
• Pick up practical strategies for dealing with everyday challenges
• Build confidence in speaking up for yourself
• Meet and learn from other men
• Talk honestly, without judgement

🎨 FREELANCE ARTS, CRAFT & CREATIVITY TUTOR WANTED✂️

We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic and inclusive Freelance Tutor to deliver arts, crafts and creative sessions with our diverse community at the Angel Centre in Salford.

We’re looking for someone who:
✨ Has experience delivering creative activities or workshops
✨ Is confident working with groups of different ages, backgrounds and abilities
✨ Can adapt activities to suit different needs and confidence levels
✨ Creates a welcoming, relaxed environment where everyone can have a go
✨ Is encouraging, friendly and great at bringing people together
✨ Has lots of creative ideas and can make sessions engaging and accessible

Rate: £30 per hour
Freelance / sessional work

You don’t need to be a formal teacher — we’re interested in people who are genuinely creative and great at helping other people enjoy being creative too.

Sometimes a couple of hours outdoors, moving your body and having a chat with others is exactly what you need.

Join us tomorrow (Tuesday 11 August), 10am–12pm for a relaxed, guided nature walk starting from the Angel Centre.

We’ll head out into local green spaces, get some fresh air and enjoy a gentle walk together. No hiking experience needed — just come along and enjoy the morning.
