Something special is coming to CorpAcq Stadium.

On Saturday 12th September, the Red Roses bring international rugby to Salford as England take on Australia in the WXV Global Series, and we could not be more proud that it's happening on our doorstep.

Kick-off is at 3pm, and tickets are available now through . Whether you're a lifelong rugby fan or simply looking for a brilliant afternoon out, this is one not to miss.

What a summer it's been.

As we turn the page into autumn, we wanted to take a moment to look back on a season that genuinely had it all and to say a heartfelt thank you to every guest, every partner, and every member of our team who made it what it was.

From the International Wine & Food Society Awards Lunch in May, the High Sheriff of Lancashire's Dinner in June, two extraordinary weekends at Bolesworth International, a sun-soaked day at Great British Polo, Powerhouse Dance and Manchester Card Con at CorpAcq Stadium, to private occasions we have to keep close to our chest
 Every moment was delivered with the same care and pride that defines everything we do.

In August we opened our doors for our first ever Recruitment Day, and our chef team launched A Bite of Heathcote & Co. A sign of the intention for future seasonal showcases.

To our incredible team; none of this happens without you. Thank you for showing up, every single time.

Now, on to autumn and we've got a feeling it's going to be a good one. 🍂

One year ago today, we were part of something we'll never forget.

Being chosen as one of the host venues for the Women's Rugby World Cup at Salford Community Stadium was more than two years in the making, and every moment of it was worth it. From planning how each space would flow, to building bespoke menus inspired by the home nations of the teams competing, it was one of those projects that reminded us exactly why we love what we do.

On match day, our Barton Lounge hospitality suite came to life for Canada vs Wales and Scotland vs Fiji and what a day it was. Guests were welcomed in, drinks in hand, and treated to a menu that ran from breakfast through to post-match snacks. Breakfast skewers, chicken parmigiana, waffles with Canadian maple syrup, pulled pork burritos, mini haggis pies, minted lamb kofta. Food that told the story of the tournament on a plate (or bowl
 or skewer 😉).

The whole operation was a genuine team effort, and a privilege from start to finish. A huge thank you to for an incredible couple of weeks, and to for keeping our guests very well looked after throughout.

One mouthful to set the tone for an entire evening. To tell a guest, without a word, exactly what kind of experience they're in for. It demands as much technical precision as any dish on a tasting menu, sometimes even more.

Our chef team work closely with trusted suppliers and producers to understand the very best ingredients available and how they can be celebrated across our kitchens. That same rigour, that same respect for the ingredient, flows into every canapé we create. The balance of flavour, texture and quality has to land all at once and getting that right takes real skill, real care, and a team who genuinely love rising to that challenge.

From intimate private dinners to large-scale events, the philosophy never changes: Start with exceptional ingredients, treat them with the attention they deserve, and let the food speak for itself.

We wouldn’t trade this feeling for the world 😉

Yesterday we had the privilege of being part of something genuinely special. Manchester Card Con is one of those events that reminds you exactly why hospitality exists... To bring people together, create a space where everyone belongs, and make a day feel like something worth remembering.

What started in 2023 with 48 vendor tables and 400 collectors coming through the door has grown into one of the UK’s leading card shows, and what strikes you most isn’t just the scale of it, impressive as that is. It’s the warmth in the room. A community of people who are just genuinely, wholeheartedly passionate about what they love.

Inclusive, welcoming, and built on a real love for the hobby. We felt that from the moment you all arrived.

To everyone at Manchester Card Con, thank you for allowing us to host such a great day. We’ll see you on the 16th January for Manchester Card Con ‘27😉🃏

Often the first thing a guest encounters and somehow still the most underestimated; the canapĂ©. They set the tone for everything that follows. One bite to tell your guests exactly what kind of evening they’re in for. Our development team know this better than anyone, and yesterday’s shoot was a chance to give the canapĂ© the moment it deserves.

To make sure every detail was presented exactly as it should be, we partnered with the wonderful ChĂąteau Noir and the finest crockery made all the difference. Thank you Marc, Sophie and the team.

Our Recruitment Day brought together some genuinely brilliant people!

Prom season 2027 might feel a long way off, but the venues that do it well fill up faster than you'd think. At CorpAcq Stadium, we know how much this night means. Not just to the students, but to the people behind the scenes working hard to make it happen.
