Right now though I am completely obsessed by pottery! With the help of my lovely kiln, Bertha, I create gifts and homeware inspired by the things that make me happy. Nothing I make is perfect - like me, my creations may have the odd quirk or irregularity that makes them unique! But they are created with a lot of care to ensure they are as functional as they are lovely.

This page began a few years ago when I decided to take my arty streak a bit more seriously. Back then, my little arty enterprise was called ‘ Bright and Beautiful’, but as it’s grown bit by bit into a full time business it’s morphed into Gilly Parish Art, a page where I share my latest projects, my workshops and my journey.
