There’s something pretty special about watching women realise what they’re actually capable of. 💜

The “I can’t do that” becomes “WAIT… DID I JUST DO THAT?!” 😂

But it’s not just about getting a move.

It’s the determination when they try again.
The strength they didn’t know they had.
The confidence that starts creeping in.
And that little look of absolute PRIDE when they nail something they’ve been working on. 🥹

THAT is why I love teaching pole.

You might come for the fitness… but you leave realising you’re capable of a hell of a lot more than you thought. 💪💜
