Join us on Sunday 6th September 2-4.30pm for Proms in the Park with the Mount Charles Band. If you came to the Proms in the Park last year, you will remember how brilliant the Mount Charles Band was! This is a free event! Don’t forget to bring your own chairs!

Saturday afternoon saw us in the lovely village of Tywardreath for their annual fete and flora. We were blown away by the number of people attending, and very impressed by some very skilled flora dancing!

What a great time we had at Charlestown carnival this evening. We were delighted to be asked to take part in the carnival, and to lead the flora dance again this year. Great crowds watching the carnival, and some fabulous flora dancing! Thank you for having us Charlestown Regatta Week!

The band are very much looking forward to heading to Charlestown tomorrow evening for the carnival and flora dance as part of Charlestown Regatta Week. March off is at 7pm and it would be great to see some familiar faces in the crowd!

A very warm (🥵) afternoon at Coombe fete for us today, but, as always, we had a wonderful time. Very grateful to be fed and watered, thank you to the fete committee for looking after us. Always a firm favourite with the band! Our MD, Jeremy, had to work today, so thank you to Steve for putting down his sop and picking up the stick.
