Excel Performing Arts is an exciting performing arts school based in St Albans, Hertfordshire For timetable information and fees please visit our website.

We have a wide selection of classes that include everything from Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Street dance, Musical theatre to Drama and Singing. Our classes are taught by professionals with a wealth of performance and teaching experience led by our Artistic Director, West End leading performer and TV actor – Steven Houghton, who is also a regular teacher. Excel classes run from Mondays to Saturdays during

term time and you are able to tailor your child’s timetable to suit their preferences and your budget.

We’re incredibly excited to be opening the show with our spectacular opening number and absolutely thrilled that our iconic MJ piece has been chosen to close the event! 🙌✨

We know you’re going to light up the stage and make us all proud! 💃🕺🏼

Dancemania is such a fantastic celebration of dance, bringing together local dance schools to showcase their talent in a fun, supportive, and non-competitive atmosphere. It’s always a wonderful event filled with energy, friendship, and amazing performances—and we can’t wait to be part of it again this Sunday! 💙

I think this photo sums up our weekend!🤣🤪

WOW… what an absolutely incredible show Excelocity was. Our hearts are so full today. 🥰 It will definitely go down in Excel history as one of our all-time favourites. 💙

A huge congratulations to every single Excel performer. You all absolutely shone on stage this weekend. Watching you perform with so much passion, confidence and joy made us so proud. 💙

🙏 Thank you so much for all of the lovely messages we’ve received about the show. The kind words, support and encouragement truly mean the world to us and make every bit of the hard work worthwhile.
