The Pioneer Club is a 500 person capacity live music venue based in St Albans, Hertfordshire. Hosting big acts and small ones too, we are proud to be apart of a unique and thriving scene in St Albans. With acts like Enter Shikari, The Zombies, Bring Me the Horizon, Declan McKenna, Trash Boat, Don Broco, Argent, Gallows and many more having stepped on our stage.

Thanks to everyone who joined us last night for England V Croatia, it was a great atmosphere.

Due to a clash La Scatola can't make the Ghana match, but fear not we've called up The Hip Hop Pizza Shop to the sqad who will be on site slinging dough for you all!

If beer is your thing but you don't fancy a pint then check out the range we have on offer from local brewery Beyond Belief Brewing Co. We're stocking their Perigee Pilsner, Zenith IPA and Payload Pale Ale all of which are brewed with surplus pasta (yes you heard right!) making them sustainable as well as delicious 🍻

If you prefer a cocktail, then we've got you. Check out fellow local legends Brewtini and their canned tea based cocktails. Available over ice, or straight from the can in two different and delicious flavours Spiced Ginger and Berry &Lime 🍸

This is on top of our fully stocked bar offering six different draught beers from the largest independent brewery in London, Signature Brew and a selection of wines and spirits too.

AND all the profits from our bar goes back into our charity and helps us to deliver our range of youth programmes. So you're doing good too 🙂

As opposed to our last, slightly more controversial post, we want to thank everyone that came out last night to support local live music at our Live & Local night with Mix 92.6!

It was great to host three incredible local acts in Groovy Shirt Club, Dead Colours and The Pedals, and we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.

A big shout out to Ben Richardson for doing an amazing job on the sound.
