SWCT - Saffron Walden Community Theatre Saffron Walden Community Theatre was formed to stage a show Lest We Forget commemorating the 100th Anniversary of the end of WW1.

We hope to present more events in the future and will keep you informed via this page.

Lest We Forget took place at Saffron Walden Baptist Church on November 9 and 10 and was a huge success. Poems and songs from WW1 were interspersed with film footage of the war and atmospheric lighting effects. Saffron Walden Community Theatre was set up specially to stage this event but chairman Bob Eastham said there could be more projects in the future - so watch this space!
