No tents or sleeping bags!🤣 Some great folk music to start you off..Allotment play robust traditional folk and have a Hurdy Gurdy! Mercers Row play psychedelic folk rock , The Lizard things will play music from the Doors! Guaranteed to blow your mind.

Lots of Fans human and mechanical in the room!🥵 A great set by Torino Green great guitar riffs, incredible vocal range by Steve as usual and a great choice of covers with a sprinkle of original material. Appreciate all who turned up but a huge shout out to Diane Mitchell and Rachel Harrop who tore themselves from a beer festival in whittlesford and walked over to Ickleton!! And beautiful Sophia Murfitt and Harry who came out from cambridge as did Sonia Linton . Big thanks to Marilyn Bishop for the photos.

A lot has changed since Torino Green last played an Ickle-Gigs . We now have a proper stage with lighting, a sound desk and sound engineers. Another new thing is the pubs open! The Lion at Ickleton so now you can come early, grab some food and then head down to just as the garden gets cooler in time for the music which starts at 8pm! With a pint of 1555 at £3.40 you cant lose! And when we break out the Baby Guiness oh oh!😲 Just remember the club is a cash only bar so get to a cash point.

Delighted to kick off the summer season with Torino Green on Saturday 23rd May.
Among some original tunes you can expect gritty rock, sparkly pop and singalong indie music. Primal scream, Jake Bugg, James, Sterophonics are my personal faves. Steves voice has incredible range backed by a band of very talented musicians..
£8 for members £10 for non members it really is worth becoming a member of the club if you come to Ickle-Gigs . Cash only bar 🍻so remember to get to a cash point!💷 Doors open 7.30pm so see you there!
