Hi all! I wanted to recommend these Snag "chub rub" shorts for the warmer weather- they're tights but at shorts length, they are great for wearing under skirts, dresses, and also under loose shorts and trousers, for keeping cool and preventing chafing!

I'm not getting a commission or anything, I just love them and wanted to share the love 😁

Thigh chafing shouldn’t stop you from living your life, and now it doesn’t have to. Our original Chub Rub™ Shorts don’t just prevent painful friction; they completely transform how you move through your day, giving you the freedom to wear exactly what you want with confidence.

My beginners had a go at this one last night, expect to see it in a few more classes over the next couple weeks, but ISN'T THIS ADORABLE?

It was a scorcher last night! Thankfully by the second class of the evening it was starting to cool down, and I'm very grateful to the Danish Invader for purchasing some fans for the room.

If you don't have something like this already, these are in B&M in Stamford. You'll probably want one this week!

Hello lovely people, just a quick plug for my friend Louise's business. Her Dancefit is a blast and very high energy, and I currently attend this Pilates class before heading over to Edith Weston for my Wed class. She runs classes at various times and locations but I can vouch that this Luffenham group is a really lovely bunch of people!

Line dance levels are weird, I know!! The easiest dances are "Absolute Beginner," so "Beginner" is actually a step up from that- confusing, right?! And then we have Improver and Intermediate. But within each level, there is quite a bit of variation in the difficulty (and MANY dances that I would personally put in a different level category than the choreographer has done).

All that to say... I'm going to trial labelling my classes with level numbers instead of words.

I've gone with something like this:
Level 1: Absolute beginners
Level 2: Progressing beginners
Level 3: High beginner to easy improver
Level 4: Improver to easy intermediate
Level 5: Intermediate
