🎨 WHAT A SESSION TODAY AT FOUR ESTATES MANCAVE 💪🏻

Today’s jar painting session was brilliant 👏🏻

Using acrylic pens, everyone got stuck in and created some genuinely amazing designs the creativity in the room never disappoints 🎨🔥

As always, the bacon butties went down a treat 🥓☕ and the brews were flowing nicely!

A huge thank you to Heather and Erica for their generosity today as well ❤️
Fruit, veg, flowers, bread and more were all brought in for members to take home, which was massively appreciated by everyone.

The best part? Seeing new faces coming through the doors every single week.

We’ve always wanted Mancave to be a zero pressure environment where people can come in, have a chat, enjoy some food, get involved in activities (or not!) and just feel welcome and it’s amazing seeing that paying off 👌🏻

Every Friday we have:
🥓 Bacon butties
☕ Brews
💬 Good conversation
🎯 Activities & quizzes
😂 Meme prizes
🤝 A relaxed, welcoming atmosphere

1 hour sleep and a dream 😅

Made it to my first miniature hobby convention 🥳
Buzzing I managed to attend, even if the anxiety and tunnel vision kicked in at times 🙈

Honestly wish I had more time to check out every stall in depth there was so much to see and the time just disappeared.

Huge thank you to everyone who took the time to chat, offer support or just bring good energy. It genuinely means a lot.

Please check out the tagged stalls/businesses and show them some support 🚨

Now it’s time to KO as the sleep deprivation finally hits 😵‍💫🤣

Thanks again and good night 😴

3 Peaks. 24 Hours. 1 Purpose. Men's Mental Health
This is the epitome of local lads helping local lads
In June, 12 lads from Sigmatex UK are taking on the 3
Peaks Challenge to raise funds for The Mancave.
This is to ensure the group remains available every Friday for all men in Runcorn to access a safe space to come together and talk if you want to, or enjoy the light hearted activities if you just want a distraction instead.
We are BEYOND grateful for their kindness and generosity!!
On behalf of us at Four Estates, thank you, so much...
This is well and truly leaving a legacy behind for
all men in Runcorn!
If you can't donate right now, please share this post far and wide and lets get behind these lads and show the support they deserve!
