So it's been months since I've been able to pick up a pencil or paintbrush and create anything. I've finally found the right combination of inspiration and frame of mind to make it happen. It's not much but it's a step in the right direction. Is it normal to feel guilt or shame when not creating and posting on social media?

I'm proud to announce another completed art commission!

This pastel painting was created from a photo I took of the stunning views of the Lake Lagoa Azul in São Miguel, Azores.

São Miguel is a beautiful island, part of The Azores, which I was lucky enough to visit with my family last year.
There was so much to see and do as it was such a lush island with exceptional views.

I chose Unison Dry Pastels to create this landscape which is A3 in size on pastel paper.
Thank you so much for giving me the freedom to chose the image and medium I felt was most appropriate for the subject.
I'm really pleased with the outcome of this relaxing scenic landscape, I hope you love it too :)

I have just finished my first commission work and am so happy with the result.
This bee is painted in acrylic paints on a wooden board approx 7" diameter.
This will be hung with two other bee themed hanging decorations, I hope the customer is as happy as I am.
Prices start at £18
Commissions can be booked for Xmas with limited spaces. UK postage and will ensure it gets to you in time for the big day.
