Our Touch-Up Policy

We are always happy to provide a complimentary touch-up if your tattoo needs one. We understand that during the healing process, some areas may heal lighter than expected or lose a little pigment. This is completely normal, and our aim is always for you to have the best possible result.

To qualify for a free touch-up, it must be booked and completed within 4 weeks of your appointment (allowing approximately 2 weeks for healing and 2 weeks to arrange your touch-up).

After this period, a charge will apply. This is because tattoos naturally change over time. Factors such as sun exposure, swimming, regular skin renewal, friction from clothing, lifestyle, and the natural ageing process can all contribute to fading. These changes are not related to the initial healing of the tattoo but are a normal part of how tattoos age.

While we want every tattoo to look its best, we unfortunately cannot offer free touch-ups months or years after the original appointment, as ongoing fading is a natural process that affects all tattoos to some degree.
