Finally only took me almost a year of being here the sign been in the hallway for just as long. Ghosted by 4 sign people finally the sign is up.

Now to get this play area sorted.

Progress has been made by an amazing team working in this heat for last 2 days. We did supply coffee and ice lollies.

Asking for help and ideas. At Mini Wonders we are always striving to offer children a wide variety of experiences.
We have a large upstairs space that we like to use to put on classes that other settings can access with us, Tuesdays we have the lovely Beth from Dancemania and we have a lovely hour of dancing and movement to music.

But what else could we offer? and do any of you know someone who offers anything?

We have all 300 codes but one Claudette is out for repair so we can't put her on. But thanks to every family that took their children on the lion hunt, and of course all our little ones that enjoyed the day trips out finding the lions.

Lions on the loose in South Yorkshire!

To celebrate 150 years of Sheffield Children’s, Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity has set 300 life-sized lion,
lioness and cub sculptures loose across Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster.

We have been on a lion hunt this summer we are close to finding them all. Thanks to the help from our children and their families, plus our day trips on busses trains and trams and our feet. Who else is on the hunt? How many do you have?

Tonight we had a leavers party for our our big ones going to school. Not a graduation but a celebration of their time with us sharing photos of their time sharing memories with a final sign out remembering their friends who couldn't make it.

As the banner says their so bright they had to wear shades.

Had a bit of good news today, the police have arrested someone last night for breaking in 2 weeks ago.
They have charged him as they have the CCTV and of course the address when he turned on my laptop last week!

Fingers crossed all goes well, doubt we will see the coffee again 🤣 .
