It's Childs Play !!! What an experience for our very own Rogerstone Junior Band with Dr Robert Childs at the helm, David Childs, Joanne Childs and Lisa Fitzgerald-Lombard sitting amongst the players supporting and encouraging our young virtuoso's as they continue their journey to become brass band stars of the future.

Our early start to Christmas with the Rogerstone Community Band.
On Saturday we were at Caerphilly Christmas Market and today (Sunday) we entertained with Christmas Music at the Switching on of Rogerstone Christmas Lights.

We are performing at Caerphilly Christmas Market on Saturday 29th November 2025. 12.00 - 4.00pm. We have obtained a licence to allow us to place collection buckets out. Why not request a Christmas Carol and make a small donation in the bucket, you will be helping us to survive as a band, which also supports our junior band.

As per Spond, Tonight's rehearsal should consist of 6 Basses, 4 Trombones Full Horn section, full Baritone and Euph Section, but we are low on Numbers in our Cornet Section, if anyone fancies a blow at Rogey please feel free to come along. There will be Tea, Coffee and a biscuits on offer.
