Pole Persona offers fun, friendly, Safe and affordable pole dance fitness lessons in Medway

Kent. Group classes and private lessons available also pole parties, hen parties and events performances. Angie (owner) is a qualified fitness/ pole instructor with over 13 years pole dance experience. First aid trained and fully insured. Pole dance fitness classes continue to be a popular choice for those wanting to get in shape while also having fun. Pole offers a whole body workout targeting muscles most didn't even know they had!! It has so many benefits and it's not only fitness related ones, these can include:

*Weight loss, toning, increased strength and muscular endurance
*Improved self confidence
*Improved Flexibility, Balance and Co-ordination
*Always something new to learn so it never gets boring.
*Classes are a great way to meet new people. .
*A great distraction from your normal weekly routine. No previous experience is needed to start classes. Classes at Pole Persona are mixed ability to allow you to work through the moves at your own pace and get a tailored lesson plan each time you attend. We sometimes offer a specific 4-6 week course for beginners (so look out for these)
