40 Brave men came through our doors Monday night of our 4 groups 4 of these men came through the doors for the first time.

What a weekend!
There are many sore heads this morning 🤕

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and made Indie Baum Beer Festival Year 2 such a fantastic success.

To our customers, thank you for your support, your smiles, your dancing, and for creating the brilliant atmosphere that filled every corner of the festival. Events like this simply wouldn’t happen without you.

To all of our incredible breweries, performers and stalls, thank you for bringing your passion, talent and hard work. You helped create something really special and gave everyone a weekend to remember.

And a very special thank you to St Mary’s Church for once again opening your doors and allowing us to celebrate in such a beautiful and historic setting. The church provided the perfect backdrop for great beer, great music and great company.

What started as an idea has now become a tradition, and seeing so many people come together to support independent businesses, local artists and our community means the world to us.

Here’s to Year 2 being our biggest and best yet… and to what Year 3 might bring!

Welcome to Indie-Baum 2!

Following the incredible success and popularity of last year’s event, we’re excited to bring the festival back - bigger and better, while keeping the same spirit and format that made the first one so special.

Indie-Baum 2 remains a celebration of independent breweries, great beer, community spirit, and local arts. It continues to be a collaborative effort between Wakey Wakey Brew Co., The Baum, and St. Mary in the Baum Church, bringing together the best of independent brewing and grassroots creativity.

The response to the first Indie-Baum was fantastic, with strong support from breweries, performers, and festivalgoers alike. Because of that success, Indie-Baum 2 will keep the same core approach - independent breweries running their own bars, a welcoming community atmosphere, and a mix of beer, music, and local culture. The difference this year is simple: more of everything.

Expect more breweries, more live music, and hopefully even more people through the doors, all while keeping the independent, community-focused feel that made the first festival such a hit.

Indie-Baum 2 is more than just a beer festival - it’s a community-driven, not-for-profit event dedicated to supporting small independent brewers, local businesses, and charitable causes. The festival is hosted at St. Mary in the Baum Church, and a portion of all proceeds will go towards maintaining and supporting the church’s role in the community.

Our goal remains the same: to create a unique beer festival that highlights the very best of local and regional breweries, offering a diverse selection of styles and experiences. Indie-Baum 2 is all about independence, inclusivity, and quality - so we invite you to bring your best! 🍻
