CUSTOMER NOTICE

Today, Fusion Play Café CIC welcomed a visit from Caerphilly County Borough Council's Environmental Health Team following concerns raised last week regarding an alleged damp smell and the cleanliness of the toddler soft play area.

Following their inspection, we are pleased to confirm that officers found no strong damp smell present and that the soft play area was clean and well maintained.

We value feedback from all of our customers and are always keen to hear about any concerns or suggestions. Where possible, we encourage customers to speak with a member of our team directly so that we can respond promptly and help ensure the best possible experience for everyone.

Fusion Play Café CIC is a volunteer-led community organisation. Our team is dedicated to providing a safe, affordable, and enjoyable facility for local families, and we are proud to offer a welcoming space for our community.

We would also like to remind all visitors that our soft play rules clearly state that food and drinks are not permitted inside the play areas. We appreciate everyone's cooperation in following these guidelines, which help us maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

As part of our ongoing commitment to improvement, we are exploring options for additional professional cleaning support to help ensure our facilities continue to meet the highest standards possible. While this may result in increased operating costs, our priority remains providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all families.

We would like to thank all of our customers for their continued support and valued feedback. Your encouragement helps us continue serving our community and improving the experience we provide.
