After four fantastic years, it's time to bring the Ripon Music Open Mic Night to a close.

It's been a pleasure and privilege to share so many nights and so much music with so many folk at all levels of experience - from first-timers to seasoned performers.

A HUGE thank-you to everyone that came along to perform, to help out, or simply to listen and applaud.

It's been a fabulous ride, but now's the time to give it a dignified farewell and move on to other musical pursuits.

Thank-you once again - and remember, please keep supporting live music in Ripon!

We're collaborating with the Ripon Theatre Festival to bring live music to the Kirkgate Street Party on Sat 11 July 2026!

Open Mic acts will be playing 4-8pm on Kirkgate, just outside The Portly Pig, Ripon.

We'll hear Ollie & Ian (4pm), RoughCut - UK (5pm), Nigel Brown (6pm) and Open Mic favourites Bobbi & Da Boyz (7pm)!
