Ellingham Show is a traditional country show run by the Ellingham and Ringwood Agricultural Society (Charity No: 1033756) Staffed entirely by volunteers, we donate as much as we can to local good causes, raising over Β£100,000 in the last 10 years.

Thank You for Making the 2026 Ellingham Show So Special!

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the 2026 Ellingham Show such a fantastic success! πŸŽ‰

We would like to thank all of our wonderful visitors for coming along, supporting the show and helping to create such a fantastic atmosphere. We hope you enjoyed the day as much as we did!

Our sincere thanks also go to all of our sponsors. Your generous support is incredibly important to us and helps make the Ellingham Show possible each year. We truly appreciate your continued support.

We would also like to extend our grateful thanks to our landowner, Lord Normanton, for allowing us to hold the show on Somerley Estate and for his continued support.

And, of course, thank you to everyone behind the scenes β€” our organisers, volunteers, exhibitors, competitors, trade stands, entertainers and all those who worked so hard to bring everything together. There are so many people who contribute to making the show happen, and we are hugely grateful to every one of you.

The 2026 show was very successful οΏΌand that is down to all of you.

🦠 Bluetongue Update – Livestock Exhibitors πŸ„πŸ‘πŸ

We know many of our livestock exhibitors are keeping a close eye on the evolving bluetongue situation across the South of England, and so are we.

Following the APHA's decision to place the whole of England into the Restricted Zone, livestock are currently able to travel to agricultural shows under the general licence (EXD612(E)).

At this stage, our Livestock Show will go ahead as planned on Saturday, and we are looking forward to welcoming exhibitors and visitors.

The health and welfare of all animals remains our top priority. We will have enhanced biosecurity measures in place throughout the day, and multiple Veterinary Surgeons will be on site. We kindly ask everyone to remain vigilant and report any concerns immediately to a steward or vet.

We will continue to monitor APHA guidance closely. Should there be any changes to the official advice, we will contact all exhibitors promptly.

If you feel that bringing your animals to the show is not the right decision for you, we completely understand. Please let our Livestock Secretaries know if you are no longer able to attend.

Please note that no exhibitors will be bringing animals from holdings currently under a Bluetongue Premises Restriction Notice.

Thank you for your continued support and cooperation. Together, we can help ensure a safe and successful livestock show for everyone.

🐴🫏 IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR ALL HORSE & DONKEY OWNERS 🫏🐴

If you're attending the Ellingham & Ringwood Agricultural Show, please remember that all horse and donkey passports will be checked before entry to the showground.

βœ… Equine passports must be presented on arrival.
βœ… Vaccination records will be inspected to ensure your horse or donkey meets the show's Equine Influenza vaccination requirements.
βœ… Animals that do not meet the vaccination requirements will not be permitted to enter the showground.

These checks are in place to help protect the health and welfare of every horse and donkey attending the show. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
