ies who have joined together to offer a monthly evening of dance to absolutely everybody who loves to move or wants to be able to. Guided and freestyle dance to music from all decades and genres with special guest appearances from some pro dancers to guide us all if we fancy. We will have a 'Dress Up' area where you will have the opportunity to hire costumes and accessories to make you as flamboyant as you feel! We will be making healthy energising raw treats and super juices in The Heart and Soul Cafe, giving you your much needed energy to dance the night away. We guarantee you smiles, laughter, a good work out, new friends, nourishment and above all A Night to Remember!
