A Mid-20th Century wood carving of a mysterious young woman we have named ‘Gladys’. It is possible that she may have come from a fairground at one time but that cannot be confirmed, that is her mystery but she is very unusual and quite possibly unique! Enjoy what we love!

Who, What & When

When we love Art and Antiques we buy items that we know we may never be able to say 'who it is', 'what it is' or even 'when it was made' but that doesn't stop us buying them and loving them for their look, their quirkiness and their age.

These are just three of the items I love, I love their look, the hundreds of years of life they have seen and the fact that they will probably always be a mystery to me.
