Dear valued friends and customers,
As the old saying goes ''All good things come to an end'' and after an incredible 54 years it is with a heavy heart the Harker family would like to announce the sale of Les Harkers Amusements & Bingo.
Les and Brenda moved to Rhyl in 1966 and embarked on their new business venture in 1971. Throughout the years the business has become the heart of all the family, including their children, grandchildren and great grand children.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued loyalty and support. The ones who have grown up with us and the generations after, without you there would be no story to tell. Les Harkers has always been more than just a business, it has been built on family values, hard work and a love for what we do.
Crown Leisure, a nationwide amusement company, will be taking over as the new owners. As this chapter closes for us, we’d like to take this time to wish them good luck and every success for the future. They have kindly agreed to honour Les's famous saying ''Your points will never go out of date'', which means all ticket points, bingo wins and prize blocks will still be redeemable.
Along with some new faces, current employees will be moving over with Crown Leisure and look forward to welcoming you back.
Once again, from the whole Harker family and in Les's memory, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of our story and allowing us to provide over 50 years of family entertainment.
