Due to construction work currently taking place within the school premises, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide holiday care during the May half-term break as the builders require access to the main hall & kitchen area & corridors.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and your understanding and patience while these essential works are being completed.

Dear parents/ guardians
Please note that all sessions for your child must be booked in advance prior to your scheduled session date. We kindly ask that all payments are made upfront to confirm your child’s place with us. We accept both weekly & monthly payment options, however, please ensure that we are informed of your chosen payment arrangement so that our records are kept up to date. We would also like to remind parents that there are currently a number of outstanding fees on accounts, and we kindly ask that any overdue balances are settled as soon as possible to avoid disruption to future bookings.

Jesters Fun Club is pleased to share some positive news with our families πŸ©·πŸ’™
We are reducing our breakfast club to Β£3.00 per session, this will commence from Monday the 20th ( tomorrow) opening from 7.30am to all our parents, we hope this makes your busy mornings a little easier while ensuring your children continue to enjoy a safe, welcoming start to their day with full bellies πŸ©·πŸ’™

Please note we offer free breakfast from 8.15am until 8.45am ( limited places)

Dear Parents and Guardians,

It is not with ease that we write to you with this update; however, due to circumstances beyond our control, it has become necessary to make the following changes.

Due to ongoing inflation and a significant increase in rent and operating costs, we will be adjusting our childcare fees. This decision has not been made lightly, and we have done our best to absorb rising costs wherever possible. However, to maintain the high standard of care and service we provide, this change is now necessary.

The updated fees will take effect from
March 16th. Please see the below breakdown for full details.

Breakfast club - Β£5.00
After school club - Β£15.00

Our 10% sibling discount will remain in place for families with more than one child attending.

IMPORTANT:
We would also like to kindly remind all families that any outstanding fees must be brought fully up to date. Going forward, if fees are not up to date, we will unfortunately be unable to accept your child into our setting until the account is settled.

In addition, as per our existing policy, if your child becomes unwell but is already booked in to attend, the session fee will still apply.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support. If you have any questions or would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact us.
