Happy New Year all!
As promised the first Lovespoon completed post Christmas.
This is a spoon carved for a newly wed couple who will be moving from London to New York.
The design was a joint effort between a proud Welsh mum and I. It is carved in Plane wood, a medium I love eapecially when carving dragons due to the wonderful grain.

This Welsh Lovespoon was commissioned by a young Welsh lady to commemorate her time spent with the Lakota Sioux.
This was the 4th spoon of a set, the first three having been presented to 3 of her Lakota friends.
It was an honour.
