It's with very mixed feelings, I've decided to close down BtoZLettering (for now). Over the last year or two, I've lost my buzz for running my little side hustle and whilst I still have lots of ideas I've been neglecting the 'business' for a while, while I've been focussed on other areas of my life - and as my favourite saying goes "if you're going to be a bear be a grizzly" so I don't want to do it by halves. This means it's time to put a pin it, press pause, re-group and work out what's next for me and the direction of my creativity... I have lots of "stock" so may offer a little sale before I close the etsy down (I've not decided on a set date or anything), and I'm still very keen to work on custom projects so please always just message if you have something in mind I'll be leaving the Instagram, Facebook and the website as it is, until I work out what's next.
I do want to say a huge big thank you to everyone who has supported me over the last few years while I've attempted to be my own boss and run a little creative side hustle, I cannot begin to say how much I appreciate it.
Here's to the next chapter, now I just need to work out what that chapter looks like▪️◾️◼️

A completely custom handwritten A4 letter on beautiful laid paper with a premium hand addressed envelope, complete with wax seal and naughty elf footprints - optional return to sender (North Pole) detail too. Also happy to discuss further customisation.
I am limited to 10 letters at the moment, first come first serve so I'm not putting them know etsy, please message me on here and I can send you a payment link for you to reserve your slot.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of creating these lovely little notecards and personalised champagne flutes for one of my colleagues after she recently got engaged. I was delighted to be able to help her turn her vision into a reality. She used the cards and flutes along with mini bottles, photos collages and lindor to create a little box of goodies for each bridesmaid. The overall result was super cute! I'm particularly pleased with how the vinyl adhesive design turned out on the flutes and I think I'll be trying to offer more products like this in the future.

I haven’t done much on my iPad recently but was scrolling through the gram looking for inspiration and ended up watching the stories of the INCREDIBLE warrior woman that is Not only has she overcome so much, but she has done it with such bravery and honest emotion. Sharing her story with the world and using that platform and her experience to inspire others and raise women up. What a role model, making the world a better place whilst going through so much herself. So if you don’t follow her and her journey - I really recommend that you do - this post is dedicated to her and all the other warrior women out there. I am so grateful for you all, shining a light on a path for the rest of us and helping guide us through

A few weeks back I had the absolute privilege to calligrapher the place settings for the church and reception of a gorgeous couples wedding. It was very special as my first wedding in over a year and I absolutely LOVED their theme of lemons (totally obsessed with that bee) I tried a few different styles and settled on a fairly traditional style. I've been fangirling over their wedding pics ever since - such a stunning couple and beautiful family. Roll on some more weddings now summers around the corner...

I've been super quiet on here over the last few months works got busier and started back behind the bar again as well as actually being allowed out to see people. Now it feels like time is flying by. However I'm pleased to have a few little wedding jobs on - it's so nice to be back working on those again and to also be working on a new set of designs that will be available as cards and prints. I'm going to try and share some more images of those on here soon. But for now here's a slightly blurry gif of one or the new designs.

Something a bit different for today’s post. I’ve always been someone who tries to focus on the positives and see the good in a situation, so it’s hard for me to pick just one but I guess the biggest thing I’m grateful for at the moment is simply happiness. I don’t know about you but having the low points really does make me appreciate the high points, and after a crappy year I’m now so grateful for just not feeling that way anymore. Having some time unemployed turned out to be a gift in so many ways and feeling so low forced me into a position where I had to do something about it, and now I’m feeling more positive than I have in a long time - for which I feel so lucky. So here’s to silver linings and to recognising them even when they are hiding.... 🌥

Today’s prompt for is and and over the last few weeks I’ve been thinking a lot about the things that I’m passionate and care about so my focus is now to try and use my creativity in a positive way and for ‘good’ to make more of an impact. ...also to try and finish ideas before starting new ones!
