📢 RAMPS Annual General Meeting – Thursday 3rd September 2026 at 7:30pm
We are pleased to announce that the RAMPS Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Thursday 3rd September 2026 at 7:30pm at Fourlanes Methodist Chapel.
The AGM is a key event in our calendar, providing members with the opportunity to hear reports on the past year, share ideas for the future, and elect the Executive Committee who will help guide RAMPS in the year ahead.

Executive Committee Elections
* Following the presentation of reports, all current committee members step down but are eligible to stand again.
* Nominations must be submitted 14 days before the AGM to the named person/address provided in the official notification of AGM.
* When submitting a nomination, candidates must clearly state which role they are wishing to stand for – Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Safe Guarding or General Committee Member. If standing for an officer role (Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, safe guarding Treasurer), candidates should also confirm whether they would be willing to stand as a General Committee Member if unsuccessful.
* All nominations will be sent to members 7 days before the AGM commences.
* If more people apply than there are positions available, elections will be conducted by anonymous vote. The votes will be counted by two paid-up members, chosen at the commencement of the meeting, who have reached the age of 18.
* Email votes on definitive matters – including Executive Committee appointments – will be accepted for all General Meetings. These must be submitted to the address provided in the General Meeting notice no later than 48 hours before the meeting begins.
