Hey Shenanigans Crew β€οΈ
A little update from meβ¦
I woke up this morning with a bit more feeling in my leg, which is great news! Hopefully that means it wonβt be too long before Iβm back doing what I love.
I will be popping in on Thursday to watch you all, cheer you on, and make plenty of noise from the sidelines lol. I need my Shenanigans fix too, as seeing all your lovely faces and being around the group helps my mental health more than you know.
Iβm not going to lie, this past week has been tough. Iβve even put on a bit of weight, which has frustrated me, but thatβs the reality of suddenly not being able to move around like I normally do. Trying to understand this new diagnosis and figure out what life looks like moving forward has completely floored me.
I just want to say thank you. The messages, comments, support, and kindness youβve all shown me have meant the world. My life has been turned upside down in a matter of days, but I refuse to let this defeat me.
Iβm a warrior, and warriors keep fighting. Iβll keep pushing forward, keep adapting, and keep fighting for the things I love.
I also want to say a massive thank you to Kizzy. β€οΈ She will be running this weekβs classes and I am so incredibly grateful and blessed that sheβs able to keep Shenanigans going while I find my feet.
Please still book in and come along! Kizzy is the OG, my master trainer, mentor, and the person who trained me in so much of what I do. Without her, I wouldnβt be the instructor I am today, and honestly, Shenanigans probably wouldnβt even exist.
Thank you, sweetie. I love you, and I appreciate you more than words can say. β€οΈ
So get yourselves booked in, go and give Kizzy lots of love and support, and Iβll be there cheering you all on from the sidelines!
Thank you all for being part of my journey. β€οΈ we ainβt just fitness instructors and participants we are family!!! π
Love Suzie β₯οΈ ###x
