As part of the Charity Gala Concert to celebrate the 200th Anniversary of Redruth Wesley, each group chose a charity to donate a section of the funds raised.

Here at RAOST, we chose Penhaligon’s Friends - a charity that means so much to so many, and is based just around the corner from our headquarters in Redruth! Thanks to the generosity of the audience who attended this concert, we were able to donate £1,087 to support this incredible work that this charity does.

It was lovely to meet Deb, who is one of the volunteers for Penhaligon’s Friends and is also a trustee! She shared her experiences with this charity and expressed thanks to the society for the incredible donation 💜

What an amazing afternoon at the second We Will Rock You workshop and the official launch for the production!🤘

The talent in the room was outstanding, and we know that this show will be another smash-hit for us!

Just two weeks to go until auditions and then it’s time for the rehearsals to begin 🌟

Our Come From Away programme’s sold out during the show week, which unfortunately meant that some people may have missed out if they wanted to purchase one!

What a brilliant sort out we had on Sunday at our rehearsal rooms. A much needed tidy of the costumes and props after a busy few months, and such a big difference made in only a few hours - we were also able to reminisce whilst looking through a selection of the late Esther Brokenshire’s society archives ❤️

We will soon be holding a costume sale so if you’re involved with a theatre group, school or dance group please do keep an eye out for any details on this.

We have officially hit 1,000 tickets sold for our production of We Will Rock You, which hits the Regal Theatre stage this November 🤘

Thank you so much to everyone who has booked so far - we highly recommend booking tickets early to avoid disappointment! ⚡️

We have our final workshop/launch for the production this Sunday (14th of June) ahead of the auditions on the 28th of June. Now is the time to sign up to the workshop if you haven’t done so already👇

With almost 1,000 tickets already sold for our upcoming production of We Will Rock You, we are looking for a cast who are ready to rock the Regal Theatre 🤘

Our second workshop is taking place on Sunday the 14th of June - 1pm until 3pm. This will include the official launch for the production, so make sure you sign up through the link below!

The next event for the RAOST Singers is their Musical Coffee Morning!
