On the outside, always looking in…… this isn’t something that anyone should feel. I’m blessed to be part of an amazing community and know that is a privileged place to be. I hope that this month brings a chance for all to link into their local communities and feel accepted and valued exactly as they are.

Pride month isn’t really a celebration. For me it’s a time to build community, find spaces where you can be your authentic self without the looks and judgements and a time of more safety. Support q***r events, check in on your LGBTQ+ friends and family and donate to local groups who work to reduce isolation.
