Pride month isn’t really a celebration. For me it’s a time to build community, find spaces where you can be your authentic self without the looks and judgements and a time of more safety. Support q***r events, check in on your LGBTQ+ friends and family and donate to local groups who work to reduce isolation.

Reflecting on today and how lucky I am that I can be authentically myself and be accepted and loved by so many in my life. Also….loving this red and black look which will be amended a little for a more “Hugo after dark” feel ready for Dark Fae Cabaret this Wednesday.
