Man I’ve been looking at this for a while trying to figure it out. It’s a real tough one, could be any bunny really. My gut instinct is telling me that it might be Bugs (Bunny) but idk I might be wrong. I begged my customer to let me connect the dots in crayon once the tattoo was done but she wouldn’t let me. I do a lot of Miffy tattoos so that feels like it could be a clue but it seems too obvious. In all seriousness tho if anyone has actually figured out who this bunny is then please comment and let me know.

Just you wait until Autumn is here, every caption is just gonna be me talking about how much I love Autumn because man I love Autumn so much. I went to the car this morning and grabbed A JACKET!? I’m contemplating drinking A HOT CHOCOLATE soon?! My jumpers which have been sat in the wardrobe for the last four months or so are looking awfully tempting to wear. I hate the summer time.

SOME NEW FLASH SOME NEW FLASH SOME NEW FLASH SOME NEW FLASH SOME

I put a ban on myself drawing new flash until after the Cornwall Convention but that’s done with now so I’m slowly staring to get back into it. Just working through a couple ideas from my list, just a couple little ideas I’ve had in my head for a bit. Feels like Summer is properly finished now and we’re rolling into autumn and soon as there’s a really cold day I’m gonna watch Eternal Sunshine. I think that design would look really cool floating in an area where you don’t have much else so it’s like they’re just floating there on the empty ice on your body. I have a little piece of glass stuck in the bottom of my foot I think and it hurts sometimes when I step on the wrong spot.

Man I can never guess when something I’ve drawn is gonna end up being popular. Sometimes I draw something and think, damn okay this is it, this is peak sebtattooedme and then it takes months for anyone to even message about it. Sometimes a certain design will be in a post that blows up and everyone will comment about it but it won’t end up actually getting booked (like the Wish You Were Here Snoopy and Charlie Brown, still haven’t gotten to tattoo that one yet). And then sometimes I’ll draw something and put it on an innocuous flash post and someone books it straight away and a couple weeks later someone else wants it and then someone grabs it from a walkin and then a couple months later another person also wants it. The Miffys all stood in a circle from last year ended up being a popular elbow tattoo, I lost track of how many times I tattooed that one and earlier this year I ended up doing the circle of stars like three different times in different spots.

People like sardines it seems, wouldn’t have guessed it. This design just came from when people were giving me suggestions for ideas back in May. Personally i prefer an anchovy.

Okay okay here’s my last post about the Cornwall Tattoo Convention. I was in a fighting spirit, I challenged every artist I know to a boxing match and it’s safe to say, I lost every time. I’m a long dude with thin arms I have no fight in me, you can see the fear in my face. “It’s hard to fit your gangly limbs into the whole photo” said Molly every time. Just wait until next year, I’ll waste all these suckers and all the suckers I didn’t get the chance to fight because they were busy and I didn’t get the opportunity. Fr tho thank you everyone who indulged me on posing for photos, I feel honoured to know so many very talented artists who are willing to be silly with me for two minutes. The best bit about tattoo conventions is seeing all the artists you know and saying “Hey dude how’s it going”.

Death Snoop is online. Snoops seen footage, Snoop stays noided. It goes it goes it goes it goes SNOOPY yah. I like Death Grips okay, like obviously you can just tell from looking at me that I’m the kinda person who likes Death Grips. Every single Death Grips enjoyer I’ve ever met looks like they would enjoy Death Grips. Can probably guess just by looking at someone if they like Death Grips. Fifteen years since Exmilitary (probably my favourite DG album), there’s adults who are young enough to not remember a time before Death Grips happened in the same way that I don’t remember a pre Britney Spears world even though I was born almost four years before that. Death Grips always felt cutting edge and current so it’s wild to think of them as a band with a legacy and a past. I been waiting to tattoo this one for a while, every time I post it people are always commenting on how hard it goes. New Death Grips album this year? Maybe? Punk Weight is on my work bangers playlist at work and every time it comes on I consider removing it from the playlist because a lot of it is just abrasive noise.

What a privilege to be able to make art on your friends that will last a lifetime. This matching tattoo has been in talks for eleven years, the incident that inspired it was in the summer of 2015! Geocaching was a really big thing around then and late one night we went hunting for a geocache hidden just off Penryn campus amongst some trees next to a lay-by. We did not find the geocache but did discover that the lay-by was being used for a different purpose when a bunch of cars began to pull up. One of us flashed their headlights at us to which we innocently waved our phone torch which we later discovered was a signal for something we didn’t realise at the time. This tattoo has been talked about on and off ever since.

I first met my friend Harry in late 2014 when he transferred into our university halls flat in Falmouth (I was studying illustration and he was studying TV production). We used to get up to all sorts of student hijinks such as starting little controlled fires in the kitchen, riding around the campus in a homemade gokart (which was a cardboard box on top of a skateboard) and attempting to learn songs to duet on guitar and ukulele on the mattress that was in the kitchen for some reason although we never got very far with it became neither of us were very good at our instruments. The night before my first date with Molly, Harry gave me a fresh haircut and a pep talk which gave me the confidence to be myself and go meet the person who would eventually be my wife. He’s a good dude. Getting my elbow ditch tattooed was actually fine not that bad at all. Madie did my one.

Some more Snoopy tattoos I would like to do please xoxo

Man, when I can’t think of what to draw my go to is Snoopy. I don’t need a reference to draw Snoopy, I’ve tattooed him dozens of times. Give me two minutes and a pencil and I’ll sketch you out a solid Snoopy, there are a lot of ways to draw Snoopy and a lot of them are valid and correct but what really matters is getting the balance between the top of his head and the front of his face right. I watched Snoopy Come Home a couple weeks ago and I can’t stop thinking about how Snoopy is a real jerk in that movie, kind of a not very nice dude. About a month ago the official Charles M Shultz museum in San Francisco reposted a tattoo I had done so I have been acknowledged by an official Snoopy entity, how cool!

Man I’ve been waiting to tattoo this design for so long. Like three separate times in the last year I was meant to tattoo it and it just ended up not happening. Really makes you think huh? We sure do like in a society. Surveillance capitalism etc. I originally drew it in Japan last year, if I recall correctly it was in Yokohama. I had eaten a really good bowl of ramen from a hole in the wall spot that I took back to eat at the at the Airbnb and Molly and Teddy were asleep and I stayed up drawing this and also watching a video essay about the Paul McCartney song ‘Temporary Secretary’.

I was so sure that this was based on a photo I took in Japan but I can’t for the life of me find it. I did have to change phones in December and a few photos got lost in the shuffle. I take a lot of photos with the intention of using them as a reference for a cool tattoo. Scroll through to see a handful of photos and screenshots I took that I thought could be inspiration for something. Forever obsessed with public phones. The phones at Japanese train stations are bright green and every pay phone in Berlin is covered in graffiti.
