Monday’s Christmas Craft Club workshops were a bauble-painting blast!🫟

My grown-up creatives channelled their inner with bold colours, whimsical florals and playful patterns galore.😍✨

Every ceramic bauble turned into a mini work of art - bright, joyful, and full of personality.

✨ Work in Progress: Crystal City Lanterns ✨

This week, my young artists have been exploring pattern and mark making to design their own glowing lanterns - inspired by Rob Dunlavey’s ‘Crystal Cities’. 🌆

Using layers of color, texture and imagination, each lantern is becoming a tiny world of its own - transforming simple paper forms into glowing cities of pattern and light. 💡🎨

I can’t wait to see how these luminous creations evolve in the next session!

A cosy day of Christmas crafting magic… 🎄✨
�Yesterday the studio filled with chatting, the scent of pastries and the soft sound of lino tools at work - creating bold, pop art inspired Christmas cards and tags bursting with colour and cheer.

We sipped tea and coffee, shared Quality Streets (and stories), and let creativity take the lead - proof that a cosy Monday morning with good company and handmade art is pure festive joy. ☕️🍬

My Christmas Craft Club for Adults launches TONIGHT - four weeks of creativity, colour and Christmas cheer!

Week 1 – Pop Art lino printed cards & tags
Week 2 – Helen Dardik inspired ceramic baubles
Week 3 – Yinka Ilori inspired dinner crowns
Week 4 – Scandinavian inspired foil embossed decorations

Choose your time:
Morning 10:30-12:30 or Evening 19:00-21:00

£38 per session or £130 for all four weeks of festive fun!

Pumpkins, Patterns and Kusama

Last night’s Halloween adult art workshop was pure pumpkin magic!🎃✨

Inspired by Yayoi Kusama’s bold dots and mesmerising patterns, we painted the night away - acrylics on canvas, creativity flowing and plenty of chatting along the way, with hot cups of tea in hand and plates of homemade brownies to keep us going (because no spooky art night is complete without a little treat, right?). ☕🍫

From pumpkins to one standout set of mushrooms, every canvas was bursting with colour, pattern and personality! More than anything, it was about slowing down, connecting and enjoying the process - not worrying about the outcome, but simply immersing ourselves in the moment, relaxing and letting creativity lead the way. ✨

Outrageous Clay Monsters invaded the studio this week - and I couldn’t be prouder of the delightful chaos they left behind.

Wednesday night’s grown-ups’ session brought forth elegant beasts, multi-eyed divas and creatures brimming with personality.

Yesterday morning, the kids’ workshop turned the tables - creating googly-eyed gremlins, toothy blobs and a few creatures that may or may not haunt our dreams forever (in the cutest way possible).

Huge thanks to everyone who joined and to our monstrous muse, artist for inspiring such gloriously weird creations!

Long live the monsters! 🧡
