Happy Feet - it’s certainly the weather right now for penguins, but this little one was actually taken at Betty’s Bay, South Africa. After just getting out, this little penguin happily drys itself off in the sun, almost triumphant in reaching dry land.

There are a few places in South Africa which you can see penguins, but avoiding the more commercial boulders bay, Betty’s bay offers a lovely less touristy way to get up close to these lovely animals.

Aconcagua with a summit of 6,961m it makes it the highest mountain in the America - this was shot when travelling the 227miles by car between Argentina and Chile (the recommended way to travel opposed to plane if you ask me).

Of all the lions in the wild, around 80% are now found in Eastern or Southern Africa. As the case across other animal species, numbers are sadly declining, due to loss of living space, human-wildlife conflict and illegal wildlife trade. We must all do our part to help protect these animals and their natural habitat, that why with any animal print purchased from unique wall prints, £5 of that purchase will be donated straight to the WWF.

St Pauls is an iconic building to shoot. So much so in fact, that there are few original angles of this architectural masterpiece to capture! Having said that, I like this particular angle. I chose to emphasise the telephone box; created in 1924 by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott, this unassuming box has become somewhat of an international British icon in its own right!
