October to March! ♥️
Of all the places in London 😂
Thank you for having me twice in the last five months. The studio is such a wonderful space to perform in.
October's show was - honestly an honour to be a part of such a cool new musical, created something SO clever and the music was an absolute joy to perform! The Final Heist cast were the loveliest, so welcoming and SO talented!! That show feels like 5 minutes ago 😂
I feel like a different performer than I was in that first picture (taken by - thank u queen!), and that growth is likely down to a joyous panto tour with my wonderfully talented friends at that we started rehearsals for the week after this photo was taken!
Now here we are in March of 2026, and I'm back at The Other Palace for 🩷 (photo 2 taken by the iconically talented 🫶🏻), and wow what a meaningful project to be involved with. The intention of showcasing disabled and neurodivergent performers in an industry that excludes us, tells us we won't get jobs, where so many of us have had terrible experiences because of other peoples judgements of our abilities before we've even had the chance to showcase our talent. The work that .amyknott is doing to change things about this issue in the industry is truly inspiring!! And it was incredibly moving to witness my fellow cast mates taking their place and taking up space on that stage!!!! As (I'm pretty sure) the oldest cast member, I was very proud of everyone, and inspired by what disabled and neurodivergent performers a decade younger than me are bringing to the industry!! They are truly forces to be reckoned with 🩷
What an awesome 6 months 😂
It's never lost on me how amazing it is that I get to do this with my life.
