tour season prep as a neurodivergent performer! ✨

cultivating healthy habits and a balanced mind are the priorities, but there are many things that go into that! ✴️

i am so lucky to absolutely love my jobs, but knowing that i'll be very busy over the next few months means i want to set myself up to have the best possible experience! (and also then let it all go and just focus on being in the moment and enjoying myself 🥰)

oftentimes tour can take over everything else in life and the chaos of being in a different place every day means you don't have much capacity for other areas of life, so i'm watering those plants now while i have the chance 🌱

SISTER ACT 2026 ❤️💙💜

mary patrick really has been the best joyous weirdo ever 🤣 she is an absolute treat of a character to play, and i'm so grateful to Top Box Studios for the opportunity 🥰 her unrelenting joy and awe (apart from the bit where I cried at the end 😂🤦‍♀️) has just made this experience SO FUN!!!!

next up: tour season!!!
