Absolutely loving leaf prints at the moment! It’s amazing what you can create with things around you. I just walked down the lane yesterday and collected lots of random leaves. Take a scrap of calico and two old ink pads….. and here you go! ☺️

Spent the morning painting fabrics…… old sheets, curtain lining, my friend’s mum’s old wedding dress…… you name it, it’s now covered in paint! And stamps….. lots of stamps! 😂😂All ready to start making new things with…. And saving some for my workshop next month on landscapes. I still have a couple of spaces left if anyone is interested. I will post separately about the landscape kit that I promised to sort but this post is about the skies and other images I use in my work. Lots of you have asked if I sell these. I don’t usually but I am creating a few packs for sale. They will include an A4 sheet with three different skies ( as shown below), along with a further 3 A5 sheets. of hares, owls, houses or dogs ( 2 and a half sheets in total) They will be printed onto either PFD fabric or some textured cotton that I am currently using which is a bit thicker but creates really nice blurry skies. And they will all be ironed to A4 sheets of slightly thicker bondaweb so that you can just iron onto your backing fabric ( the figures and houses will need to be cut out first.
I am going to make a start on these this week so will you please message me if you want to reserve a pack. They will be £25 inc postage and I will only be preparing about 10 packs as they absolutely knacker my printer! 😂😬

Indulging my inner child today …. Playing with free motion and machine stitches and lace and scrim….. and if you check the last photos you can see I’ve managed to recover a piece I got too carried away with! 😂 These will be framed later today and a couple will be winging their way to Warwickshire Artisans or onto my Folksy shop!
