I'm opening a limited number of commission spaces for handmade Bruin Magic bears to be created in time for Christmas.
Whether you're choosing a special bear for yourself or a truly meaningful gift for someone you love, you can spread the cost over four monthly payments. To secure your commission space, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required, with the remaining balance spread over the following three payments.
Your bear will be lovingly handmade especially for you and dispatched after the final payment, ensuring it arrives in time for Christmas.

Please note that Bruin Magic bears are handcrafted collectible art bears, not toys, and are for collectors aged 14 years and over only.

These bears are now on their way to The Bear Shop, Norwich, they'll arrive tomorrow, ready to find their forever homes.

There's always something rather magical about wrapping each bear, knowing that before long they'll be sitting on a shelf waiting for that one person who feels that unmistakable connection. I wonder which one will steal your heart?

A rather exciting delivery arrived at the Bruin Magic workshop today... ✨

These little stainless steel balls may not look very magical, but they're one of the secret ingredients that help bring my bears to life. Nestled carefully inside my 5", 6" and 8" bears, they give each one a lovely reassuring weight, making them feel wonderfully comforting when held.

It's always the little details that make the biggest difference. Every bear is thoughtfully created, from choosing the fabric right through to adding that perfect finishing weight before they're ready to begin their journey to a forever home.

Now... I'd better get back to the sewing table. There are some magical forest residents waiting to be brought to life. 🐻✨

Sometimes a bear doesn't need an elaborate story... he simply looks at you, and your heart knows.

This is George, a sweet little F. J. Hannay bear, lovingly handcrafted from beautiful mohair and standing approximately 8 inches tall. With his soulful eyes, softly sculpted face and gentle expression, George is the kind of companion who feels as though he's been waiting patiently for someone special to find him.

🔥🌻✨ A New Hatter Emerges from the Magical Forest... ✨🌻🔥

The woodland paths have been unusually bright of late.

The fireflies whisper that a Hatter clothed in sunset colours has been seen wandering beneath the ancient boughs. The rabbits claim he hosted a tea party beside the Sunflower Stream. Even the old crows of Hollowroot Hall have spoken of a warm glow dancing between the trees long after dusk had fallen.

His name is Sunwick Marigoldgleam. 🎩☀️

A beloved Mad Hatter of the Magical Forest, Sunwick is keeper of midsummer merriments, collector of golden marigolds, and host of the most extraordinary woodland gatherings. His weathered hat is adorned with flowers gathered from secret forest clearings, and it is said that every bloom holds a memory of a joyful summer day.

When the sun shines through the canopy, Sunwick can often be found arranging enchanted tea parties for travelling creatures, hanging ribbons between the branches, and filling the forest with laughter, stories and impossible ideas. Some say he carries a pocket watch that measures happiness instead of time.

Tomorrow, this magical wanderer will arrive at The Bear Shop, Norwich.

Perhaps his forever home is already waiting.

Perhaps somewhere there is a collector whose heart will recognise him at once.

And perhaps, when he arrives, the next chapter of his story will begin. ✨
