The Silver Tones Choir

The Silver Tones Choir We are a choir for people over 50 (although we don't actually check your age) who sing popular songs. Our venue is St. Joseph's Church, Tilehurst (RG31 5JJ).

We are a choir made up from anyone and everyone over 50 who enjoy singing songs from pop rock, jazz, musicals, and festive music. We meet once a week on Mondays at 12:00 for two hours with a break in the middle for teas and coffees. Come along for a free taster session. All music and lyrics provided. Weekly session fee is £4

Yesterday, on the hottest day of the year which was lovely, we sang at The Devonshire Care Home, Tilehurst, for their Easter celebrations. They put on a beautiful spread which gave us the calorific energy to sing the epic songs like Simply The Best and Ra Ra Rasputin!
