Reading Operatic Society ROS has been entertaining Berkshire and Oxfordshire audiences for over 70 years. SEUSSICAL is at the Kenton Theatre in Henley from the 1st-4th April!

From our first performance of 'The Gondoliers' to our most recent performance of 'Rent', our programme seeks to provide a varied and inclusive mix of musical theatre, old and new. If you have an interest

in the performing arts then this is the Society for you. You do not have to be exclusively interested in performing, there are many ways to get involved with our productions, or you may just want to come and marvel at the talented cast on stage. Performing at The Kenton Theatre in Henley, the Society aims to perform at least twice a year in the Spring and Autumn. We also offer a programme of workshops and one-off performance opportunities throughout the rest of the year to support our fundraising and community outreach efforts. Reading Operatic Society’s Avenue Q has been nominated for NODA London’s Joe Putnam Award for Best Production of a Musical 🌟

Well done to the Cast for their hard work throughout the process and the quick learning of the puppets; Thomas, Anton, and Delun on the Creative Team for their vision and creation; the Production team for all of the work that goes on behind the scenes to bring it all together.

We are SO excited to bring you Seussical, with all of its amazing, wonderful, colourful silliness - and heart - straight out of the pages of Dr. Seuss’s stories!

Our cast has smashed their dress rehearsal, so now all that’s left is to run our lines, perfect our choreo and get into costume, before the curtain rises and we give you a show that will send you home with a smile! ✨🎩
