Reading Operatic Society ROS has been entertaining Berkshire and Oxfordshire audiences for over 70 years. SEUSSICAL is at the Kenton Theatre in Henley from the 1st-4th April!

From our first performance of 'The Gondoliers' to our most recent performance of 'Rent', our programme seeks to provide a varied and inclusive mix of musical theatre, old and new. If you have an interest

in the performing arts then this is the Society for you. You do not have to be exclusively interested in performing, there are many ways to get involved with our productions, or you may just want to come and marvel at the talented cast on stage. Performing at The Kenton Theatre in Henley, the Society aims to perform at least twice a year in the Spring and Autumn. We also offer a programme of workshops and one-off performance opportunities throughout the rest of the year to support our fundraising and community outreach efforts. We're delighted to introduce the talented team who will be bringing our Spring 2027 fundraising concert to life. Together, they'll be creating a joyful celebration of the songs, shows and memories that have shaped Reading Operatic Society over the years.

💃 Always wanted to be a choreographer?
The production team are looking for guest choreographers to contribute a number or two to the show. Whether you're an experienced choreographer or looking to take your first steps into choreography, this could be a great opportunity to get involved and try something new.

💃 Musical Theatre Dance Fitness

Dates: September 23rd, September 30th & October 7th 2026

Time: 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Location: Earley St Peter’s Church Hall, RG6 1EY

Price: £8 for ROS members | £9 for non-members

Details: Learn fun choreography to your favourite musical theatre tunes! No prior experience required—just bring your energy and learn a new hit routine each week. (Suitable for ages 16+)

🎭 Musical Mayhem Disco

Date: September 26th

Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Location: The Oakwood Centre, Woodley, RG5 4JZ

Age Group: 4–7 year olds

Price: £10 per child

Details: A fun-filled afternoon of singing, dancing, and party games for your little stars! We’ll be rockin’ out to soundtrack classics from Wicked, Frozen, Toy Story, Matilda, Moana, and many more.
