A couple of things to remember please.
If you make an appointment, you have 15 minutes' grace regards arrival time. If you turn up later than 15 minutes, with no prior notification, you will lose your deposit and I will not tattoo you on that occasion.
I'm sorry, but my work schedule is extremely tight, and I cannot afford more than 15 mins leeway. I hope you guys understand this.

Regards my policy on free touch-ups on work done by me...
I am now going to require a deposit to book these appointments. I will refund that deposit upon you attending the appointment. I cannot set aside time slots convenient to you, just for you not to show. Thats been happening and it needs to stop.

I have bookings now into October. I usually work 7 days a week, keeping prices the lowest they can be. Please, I hate wasting time. Help me not do that! Thanks guys. Xx

If you're coming to see me in the next few weeks while it's warm, please think ahead.
Please, dont get sunburned, it means we will have to postpone your tattoo!
Please, bring plenty of drinks!
And...
Once you've had your tattoo, remember keep it OUT OF THE SUN until it's FULLY healed - and then use suncream!!

Head tattoos can wait until autumn guys, be sensible!!
