Oh man I just cried like a baby, I’ve really been struggling to commit to a proper large personal painting since Mum. Painting for me on this scale just seems so indulgent and dedicating time to it just too precious. But today after a long walk I did it.. meet Isla painted up in large format.. I am literally beaming from ear to ear the feeling of relief is immense. For anyone else who has gone through loss I’m sure gets it too xx

Happy Friday! Someone stole the sun, the weather farted and blew it away :-( is it wrong that I’m now hoping it will rain as the garden needs watering.. yep I’m old ha ha .. some dogs accompanied by one of my fave sketches .. cos ‘I do like a dawgs’ ###
