Well equipped for all kinds of function and with a licensed bar The Phoenix Suite (our largest room) is a hidden gem in Nottinghamshire's collection of banqueting and conferencing venues. If you wish to use your own caterers or "do-it-yourself" our commercial kitchen is available for hire. Our dedicated team can tailor hire packages to your exact requirements and through our carefully chosen service partners, we can make your dreams come true whatever the theme or occasion. Our Registered Charity "Rainworth Village Hall Management Committee" (1092122) have re-launched the revived community venue with a new brand image and held our first wedding fayre to celebrate. Re-named "The Phoenix Suite" having survived a devastating fire in April 2004 and near closure in 2011 due to lack of support, the new Management Committee have breathed life into the original "Drill Hall" with support from a small team of local volunteers and regular hirers to rise from the ashes like the mythical bird from which it takes it's name. The beautiful Phoenix Ballroom has just been refurbished and the team continue to make further improvements to the facilities within the complex, developing a new and improved guest reception area, a picnic area and much more. Being a community venue run by a charity and volunteers with only a handful of paid employees, The Phoenix Suite strives to bring luxury and professionalism to your family celebrations without breaking the bank like some commercial venues might. Income from all our work is ploughed back into providing community events such as the Summer Fun Day and Bonfire Night Family Disco and soon our Under 18's Disco nights.

10 years of doing what we love !!

For 10 years we have brought 100s of happy couples there dream wedding, whether it’s a couple who have an exact vision or someone who trusts us to make there day beautiful, we love what we do and wouldn’t change it for the world !

Working in this industry as mother and daughter has taught us so many lessons, we’ve met so many wonderful people, worked with some of the best people in the industry and of course made so many memories along the way.

Today we remember our beautiful Ezmay, forever 18.

Ezmay had a heart of gold and a smile that could light up any room. She was one of the most uplifting, caring, funny and kind-hearted people you could ever meet. No matter what challenges life threw her way, she fought with incredible strength, courage, and determination right until the very end.

Her kindness touched so many lives, and the love she gave to others will never be forgotten. The loss of such a special young woman has left a huge hole in the hearts of everyone who knew her.

Our thoughts are with Emma and all of ezmays family and friends through this devastating time

Rainworth is truly heartbroken. A community that loved her dearly now mourns together, remembering the laughter, happiness, and light she brought into everyone’s lives.
